Glitch! Random units turning black or stretching

Im not sure when this started happening, but in map editor and in game a few random units randomly turn black. Sometimes they get stretched and look like a bunch of icicles or something. Anyone know what might be causing this??

It is a problem with your graphics card. I had it happen when I tried to play Silkroad on a really old computer. Try lowering your graphic settings. (go to options -> video, then make the model/texture options lower)

If those are custom units there might be problems with their textures and/or their vertexes might not be attached propperly to their bones.

i have experienced a problem with units turning black myself. i havent experienced it after i switched to a better graphics card. therefore it could be that your graphics card is getting worn. i had to replace mine because it was about to quit on me.

hmm it seems to be caused by this model that i just put into map: https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/models-530/shadowlich-47531/

I tried lowering the graphics settings but it didnt work for me
