Give reps when using mobile browser

Title. Why can't we give reps when in mobile browser? You can give reputation when you set your browser to "Desktop mode" but that's not convenient, IMO the mobile version (portrait mode) should display the button too.

Horizontal shows the button. I think it comes from how vertical view is designed...

@Ralle: I wonder, can that be edited so that the rep button shows in both views on mobile?

I can confirm switching to landscape mode will show the rep button, but I wish in portrait mode there is a button (clickable text) beside the report button, like this.
