Make an array variable for abilities. Make index 0-4 each one of your abilities. When one of those units gets trained, use the random function to get 0-4 and use that as the index. Give that ability to the unit.

When you select an integer for something (like the index array or when you set an integer variable), you have several options, one of those options is "Math - Random Number"
