Hello!
I've been having fun tinkering around with audio effects to re-create many of the classic voices from Warcraft 3, but Ghoul has me stumped. Can anyone with more sound design experience identify what effects are being used to create the Ghoul voice? I've tried combining various distortion, chorus, phaser, and flange effects, and even isolated bass and treble with equalization to apply effects to one or the other frequency range, but nothing I've done can mimic the bassy vibration of the original lines.
Please help!
