Getting AI to use their custom units.

I'm in the process of creating a little melee map for myself using the resources offered at the Hive, and I have a problem, the AI simply refuses to use the new units I've given them. Makes sense, it isn't in the AI package, but how can I?
 
Tutorial Section

In the linked section they have several tutorials related to ai. I have never made one myself, but if you wish to learn that's where I would start.

If you post your map in the request section and request someone to do the ai for you that might work also.
