Few things:
I. Please change your map to English. I don't know what language it currently is in, but it's against the map rules to post maps in anything but English.
II. The southern side has 2 less towers in their base then the northern side. The northern side has 2 in each market area, while the south only has 1.
III. I was gaining gold and exp for kills by my teams NPCs regardless of if I was fighting or not. I just stood in my base for 10 minutes while I stacked up thousands of gold and gained a dozen levels.
