This is very cool. Great start.

Looks good so far. His face seems a bit more blue (in your pic) than gray though.

Basically you are trying to use the TP/SSBB Ganondorf as opposed to the OoT Ganondorf, the WW Toon Ganondorf and SW Demise (yes, his body design does mean he is Ganondorf, just a different form).

He needs his fancy head jewelry. Without it he is only half as awesome.

Here's an update, attempted to make his jewelry:

You could probably export his model geometry using Dolphin Gamecube/Wii emulator and use that as a base. Obviously you will need to change him heavily or face the copyright police.
