I have to admit that I am almost sure and totaly pesimistic about the answer, still I will ask.

Is there any way how make the icon next to the amount of gold different for each player? (I mean the icon, which is by default a gold coin)?

No I don't think it's possible.

it can be different for each player only if they have a local file which replaces anything loaded from the standard mpq but thats out of your control

Go to Advanced -> Game Interface and depending on the gold icon you want to change, change

"Icon - Gold" for the icon at the top of the screen which is visible all the time.

"Image - Tooltip Gold Icon" for the icon that is shown when you hover over something you can pay for.

yeah, he wants it to be DIFFERENT PER PLAYER... which is only possible if the player is using local files and has his own gold icon
