Game Ranger Related

Hello.

I need help from someone who is using GameRanger.
The problem is, whenever I host the game, people normally join, but when I start warcraft and select map, the users report that they are stuck at ''waiting for host'' the whole time...

What is causing this trouble?

Maybe your firewall is blocking Game Ranger?

maybe, maybe not.

I turned it off as well as AVAST! antivirus, but still same thing happens.
