War has come to the riverlands, Jaime Lannister has lain seige to Riverrun and Robb Stark splits his forces in two, one to hold off Tywin Lannister and the other led by himself to lift the seige of Riverrun.
-Capture villages to earn a income.
-Produce Troops via tents, Tully has a barracks in Riverrun.
-Some villages\towns have spawns.
-Added in various fixes.
-Leavers Units are controlled by their team now.
-Added recruitment taverns
-Some villages have spawns.
-Gave tully another minor town.
-Added dock\boats for brown.
-Several new villages.
-Enhanced the map.
-Added some creeps around the map.
-Added Mine.
-Fixed pathing in some area's.
-Blacksmith\towers\docks are captureable.
How to get gold?
Capture outposts, villages, towns, cities and metropolies. Each can be upgrade to higher level and give you more gold. Tax period has 2 minutes - after each 120 seconds your gold increases by income from cities.
What is manpower?
That are all men in

Tully - teal
Frey - purple
Karstark - yellow
Lannister Minor Lords - orange
Lannister Western Camp - green
Stark Minor Lords - light blue
Victory conditions:
-kill all enemy heroes
-destroy all non-leave players
Defeat conditions:
-lose all heroes of your family
-lose all cities, castles and buildings

This is a really cool idea. I have thought about it before. I will check it out and comment on the gameplay. However, in the mean time you need to improve the description. A screenshot would help a lot and some simple bbcode could make it look more presentable. Try adding a simpletable, box and table around your text and some format, like size and center align. Fun idea, executed poorly though.
Try to re-balance everything a bit more as well add something... like unique to your game otherwise its like (just another Warcraft III map/ just another risk map). I suggest a gore system and some kill-trackers.
