FrozenFountain

It is here, within these desolate frozen cities, buried under the sands of the cold, cold skies. These ancient and long forgotten water basins have stood...their frozen tears bearing witness to the cruel and shivering hand of nature.

It is creative, but...
The part at the top just looks weird, why would it freeze like that anyways? Maybe if it were more mushroom looking (the ice at the top), if you were trying to go for like a flash-frozen kind of look. Otherwise, I think the lower rungs look fine.

i like this alot, the way the water at the top is made like branches of a tree makes me imagine that the water from the fountain froze over a long period of time, with the water still slowly spraying out and freezing outward in streams, Awesome! 5/5
also would be perfect for an indoor setting normally not frozen but where an ice mage/demon/cow etc. has "moved in" and given the place a taste of his/her/its "frigid" decorating tastes...sry,lol...random idea
