Frost Nova

You know when you cast Frost Nova the enemies hit get a little bit blue-ish. How can I make so that they don't turn blue?

Delete the model in the "Art - Effect" field.

Aren't they turning blue because of the buff? Try editing the buff instead

If you mean is the slow buff, right? the icy effects when frost nova is casted to a unit.
To remove the slow buff you should set the duration of the spell to 0.01, it is so fast that it will be not be notice.
