Forum Reorganization

As everyone has noticed, a substantial forum reorganization is now underway. The forum index page is undergoing changes that will, hopefully, allow it to better serve our Warcraft III modding community. The most significant and noticeable differences include:

<li><a href="http://hiveworkshop.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=226"><img src="https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/images_all/forumicons/arenaforum.gif" width="40" height="40" />»»» The Arena</a> has also received a face lift to allow easier access to its former sub-forums.</li>

<li><a href="http://hiveworkshop.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=478"><img src="https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/images_all/forumicons/offtopic.gif" width="40" height="40" />»»» Off-Topic</a> has also been moved and expanded. More sub forums for Off-Topic may soon be created to make that forum more informative and useful.</li></ul>
The administration cordially invites all members of our community to comment on these recent changes, as well as to propose further improvements and revisions.

I hope that even more people will participate in our contests and that everyone will accept the new changes.
The more forum icons on the forum index the better!

I like the new structure indeed, but I feel like the jass section should become more like other resource sections, without 3 fora (1 for approved, 1 for pending and 1 for disapproved). I do understand it's not something you just have to upload and wait for someone to download, though...

Yea thats something that I have already suggested in the Admin Forum.

When new sections will come, there will still only be one submission forum and one graveyard. They will be used for all sections that are based on the forums.

Good work, though I don't see the need to create more off-topic forums/sub-forums. Nonetheless, good work, the more updates the better.
