There has been sumtimes when the lag made me unable 2 just get on the site, i dont know if it's about sumthing that was in news about ISP SNS PND SNO DFI HDF or sumthing, can sum1 explain that?

basicly what sopho said, when you experience those lag spikes its either you must get off your 54k orr the site is experiencing problems, making your having problems, post your problems here to make problems having problems.

The system performance doesnt really effect the speed of how you browse the site. Its the connection speed. For example, I use broadband and it loads very fast for me.
