Map isn't balanced well, neutral passive buildings are placed bad.
Goblin laboratory can be reached easily from blue starting location, very hard from red, and that's big problem.

Item drops are really bad.
Units don't have their target acquisition set to campaign.
Shadows aren't calculated.

-How do I set the target acquisition range? Using Gameplay constant?
If i do so, it would failed to be a melee map..
-I still don't know how to calculate shadow, oh no....
-Why items are bad, is it the items drop does not fit the creep level?
 
Quick Map Check

I was about to make a map review for this, but since this is just a melee map, I will only give you suggestions and improvements for the map

your map is too fit and entry and exit routes are too hard to pass, try making more space even though your map is small

while I was Creeping in the game, I somehow got a hard time clearing every creep camp I could find, I mean a dragon whelp or a drake are good strong creep camps when it comes to 1v1, but a red dragon? its really hard to coup up with even the expansion sites have sasquatches as there guard instead of weak monsters, try changing them dude, its for players to finish the game in my occasion.

well these are just a quick review for your melee map, hope you can make another one with a balanced details on it.
