I could have sworn that i saw a trigger that said something like make unit use ability X and i cant find it anymore could someone tell me if my losing my mind or where to find it please and thx in advance

Stop spamming the section. Just calm, down and look through the trigger editor.

Issue orders.
The only way to make units cast spells is by issuing the cast order for that specific spell.
Warning, it might not behave exactly like if the player cast it in the terms of mana consumption and cooldown so use with care.
