First, there is not enough building space, due to the poor placement of tiles near the bases (you used unbuildable tiles too close to the base). Second, you placed the item drops on the ground in some situations, rather than giving it to the creeps (and clustered the creeps next to them in some very small areas). Third, the way to the tavern should ALWAYS be clear. Yours is protected by the creep camps from all four sides. The map itself is more or less balanced.
Terrain
It could use more tile varitation. Better doodad placement. Also the green Lordaeron trees don't fit the scenery at all. Cliffs are OK in most of the places.
Verdict
The underground tile was a brave choice, but it needs more work. Rated 2/5 and AWAITING UPDATE.
