What kind of hero selection system do you have in mind? What do you want the starting houses to do?

Hero selection in taverns with random system, and for the starting houses I mean those that spawn footmans.

There are multiple tutorials on random hero selection taverns. Refer to the tutorial section. As to the spawning units. Thats pretty basic triggering. Perhaps you should look into a few tutorials there as well.
