How do I see how much food a player has without having to go in game?

What do you mean? Have you added farms to players in WE and want to check how much you added? Just test and see?

Yes basically they are like farms but spread out across the map. So I don't know how much food a player has. I have already tested in game but I just don't want to keep playing the map just to see the food. I remember seeing this somewhere on WE but I can't find it.

You could use the Object Manager, it's somewhere between those buttons on the top of the World Editor. The gray cube icon it is. I don't know if it displays the food, though, I never used it for that purpose.
