    I'm not so sure what you ask for.

    if you want to create a levitating Death Knight you'll have to change some Stuff inside Object Editor.
    1. Find your Death Knight Unit-Type
    2. Find the Fields "Movement - Type", "Movement - Height" and that other "Height"
    3. Change "Movement Type" -> Floating (can't fly over others) or Flying
    4. Change the Height Values to the ones you Like.
    5. You Deaht Knight Levitates.

    If you mean Jumps / Throws that is a little bit more complicated:
    Best use a Jump System from the Spell section.

    Do youself:
    Overall Concept is:
    • add/Remove The Ability (Arav) dat Night-Elf Bird Transformation Spell. By adding/Removing the Ability: Ground units flying height can be changed.
    • Disable Collision.
    • Move and Alter flying height every 0.03 (1/32) seconds.
    • To let it look good use some math (For the Curve) simple one would be this curve /\.
    • Stop the Jump on Desired Position enable Collision.
