(FIXED) Help me fix this broken Lovecraft model.

Can someone fix this nice model I tried to rig but comes out very in rough shape?

I don't know what happened to this model but the geosets animation are kinda fucked up, seems like it used to have more animation too, well w/e, I tried to fix it, try this.

The issue I saw and fixed, was that part of the model were invisible during animation.
