Fix medivh model. someone? e.e

I was playing. and I found 2 errors. on the model of Medivh. and I wonder if anyone can fix it

1. like the image he has no team color
2. the portrait in the form of Crow for him this wrong
3. Add Decay Bone - Add Decay Flesh

The TeamColor problem could be from the material ID, did you create a material layer Replaceable ID 1.
And I have no idea in the second problem

If i remember well Medivih model is a cinematic one, so no team color and the Portrait only had the human version because the guy only appear in human form during the game.
