first try to edit..Sand King dota Concept

I like the original skin better than this one... It seems too hairy for a scorpion, much more for the sand king...

Imo, it doesn't look like a sand king anymore, and you could rename it into something like "Desert Scorpion" or somethin'. Anyways, try adding more to the model itself, I don't see the difference between the original model and this one. There may be some, but changing the skin more would make it more of an edit, instead of a recolor.
