First Post bug!

I was just doing my business around the Hive when I encounter a new user that posts his first post.

Now I am going to let the picture talk for itself now:

I don't know if this is normal; and I'm pretty sure it's not.

You know some sections don't increase post count.

I think it should; on second thought I don't think it shouldn't.
