Map name: Final Judgment
Description: Well we're trying to make it simple because it is our first map by keeping it a spin-off of Vampirism, but at the same time our complex theme by changing major factors of gameplay. It is on the God vs. Satan theme, with angels, demons, Archdevils, Archangels, etc. List of the factors:
Basic Gameplay - There will be five demons who MUST work as a group or the angels will slowly, one-by-one wipe them out. They are designed by the following: Tank, Healer, DPS, Summoner, and Buffer. DPS = Damager and Buffer is the one that casts abilities on the group that keeps them alive and stronger.
In the beginning of the game, the angels start out as Zealots, and they need to find an 'Angel Beacon', where they are transformed into heroes and given one builder to create a base with. The Angels are also a Tank, Healer, DPS, Summoner, Buffer, and they must work together. Unlike Vampirism, the angels aren't the main targets, but the Angel Beacons are. If one is destroyed, the angel is reverted into Zealot form, and they must run (no blinking, but the Beacons can) from the demons for 1 minute. If they die, they're done; however, if they survive for one minute they regain their angel form. When the beacon is killed, their base is destroyed. Same way, if a demon dies, they turn into shades and are visible. If killed, they're gone, and if they survive a minute, they're reborn. However, the main goal is to either destroy all the angels in zealot form or demons in shade form or to enter their Haven (There are two large havens on the map, the Satanic Temple and the Divine Sanctuary. The Demons go to the Temple for items, healing, etc. while the Angels go to the Sanctuary.) their rebirth stones. If it is destroyed, then once an angel dies, BAM, they're done for good and vice versa. After all angels are chosen (each beacon gives them a random class), they have 40 minutes to switch classes. One of each. They then have 10 minutes to establish a base to protect themselves. The demons should begin by hunting for four artifacts:
The Corruptor
Divine Chestplate
Cross of Genesis
Angelic Wings
These can be found by killing demon and angel creeps. Once they are all found, they will be taken back to their Haven and the tank will be transformed to the Archdevil for five minutes. He is MUCH stronger and the angels will need to stay alive for five minutes, and they will be gaining constant experience. After five minutes, the tank will return to the normal state and drop Dark Remains, which the angels can convert at their Haven to make their tank the Archangel. A little weaker then the Archdevil, a little stronger then the demon tank, it along with the other angels will attack the demons and try to destroy them. They too have five minutes. After five minutes is up, there will be no more Remains.
Items - VERY important to both the Angels and the Demons. They determine whether the angels or the demons win. The angels are normally weaker then the demons, but they can turn much stronger and perhaps equal to them with a shitload of good items.
Towers - For the first 20 minutes to defend themselves is where it is needed the most. It is reccomended to use these to defend yourself from Demons while you are farming on creeps. Goes with four tiers: Ice, Fire, Cosmic, Divine. Each tower has four towers, some unique with each tier while some do the same thing.
Walls - VERY important for protection in case you aren't ready for the demons, and your builders can repair it quickly for the angels to come. However, only the strongest walls can withstand the Archdevil for long.
I have a couple screenies here:
A base owned by the Angel Tank being invaded by the Archdevil, the Demon Summoner, and the Demon Healer.
A battle between the Archangel (Tyrael ) and the Angel Healer against the Demon Tank and Demon Summoner.
The Archdevil in the Satanic Temple alongside the Tank (purely for the picture, not gameplay, for the Tank and Archdevil can't be visible together)
and the Summoner.
Comment, feel free to give ideas.
