It looks pretty good!
Only thing I belive could be better are the attack animations, and maybe the cape and shield textures.

Slapping people with a spear? And why is she barefoot? Can't you give her some sandals at least?

not sold on the attack animation. i think it would better to look at if u use the demoness attack that uses its right hand so it gives a thrusting attack.

This is an interesting model edit, but it might deserve some improvements and fixes.
Please fix the following:

• The attack animations do not really fit with a spear. Find a way to make the animations with the chosen weapon.
• The shields texture and wrap is really lacking and dull and might need some care put to it.
• The skin textures on the legs and arms look very dull and bad. You might want to give her sandals too. Make sure to also use 'Transparent' filtering methods.

It would also be nice to have a non hero version of this model.

The wrap of the boots and the shield could be way better.
Also the new attack animation is very stiff.
