please read rules, also realize that creating a model takes along time, although they could get the mesh from the campaign screen, this model is likely already been made, also there is an elven archer under human campaign also that looks a bit like ur request

I know it takes long but there is no answers as you see And no this model isnt made its just a picture and this character doesnt exist in any game believe me .And the character that you are talking about might be Sylvanas and she isnt the model im searching for.Thanks for your inetrest

Just replace that with some other skind/model, cause nobody is willing to do this for you. Sorry, but that's the cruel truth and there are like million different archers on this site anyways
