Thanks! Yes, it uses two layers - one bottom layer which is non-shaded (glowing) and opaque, and one which is shaded but blended over with semitransparent areas where the background glows through. There are also some billboarded glow planes. You can see the nice effect in the second screenshot.

The pack looks heavy, but like i said in the description the total filesize is actually just 188kb, it just appears to be more since the common texture is included in each resource.

This is an amazing pack of doodads. I place them on the map and such beauty almost makes me cry.
Great job. A few suggestions, though:

• A death animation could be good if anyone wants to use them as destructibles, or items.
• To create that glow effect you might want to add omnilights as well.

And yes, please animate them. A very subtle animation would be enough. Anyhow, approved with 5 stars because that's all we have.
