fell thrall skin

I'm trying to create a chaos version of the thrall but as I do not have experience in skin I ask here, do not need to edit everything only the 4 green areas that the thrall has, mouth, arms and head

I found this skin with no use in the game can be used as a color guide, to facilitate I am providing the file tga for editing
