What are your guys' favorite bands/ types of music? genres in poll. Classical would include new stuff done in classical style.

My favorite genres would be finnish metal, then goth, then maybe hair metal/"cock rock". I can't stand rap/r&b, or country. I also don't like 90% of metal that's come out of north america in the past 8 years. I like ska, swing, and some classical, so you guys don't think I'm crazy closed minded.

thats one eay of looking at it, but I haven't heard anything from another country that sounds like it. Thats why I listed it as a genre

I listen to a lot of ska as well, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, No Doubt, Streetlight Maniphesto, Planet Smashers, etc.

I like Rock, Punk (aspecially Street Punk), and many kinds of metal the most.
As u guys say in Poland i also wouldnt turn on radio because techno,pop and disco shit all the time (sorry if i was offensive to somebody ofc not every techno song is shit but 80% for me) sometimes hip hop.
Metal and Punk (not pop-punk) is half legal in Poland i think in radio u can listen only songs with simple lyrics. Punks often sing about anarchy and politics forbids it here. Metal is often satanists so its forbiden for radio also.

I listen mostly to Lordi (fin) and Pretty Maids (dk) but also some Dragonforce, Rainbow, Nightwish, Ozzy Osbourne, Bon Jovi.

I say new rock since I like what Pretty Maids and Lordi are making nowdays (allthough Pretty Maids last album was released in 2006).

I can listen to most music but HipHop, RnB, Rap and Techno. If I may choose I say rock.
