Failed Victory?

I am creating a campaign and during a test run as soon as i start the campaign it says i failed to achieve victory. Is there a Trigger i need to start the campaign? if possible could someone point me towards a campaign tutorial i tried searching but only came up with bobs and another one. Any help is very appreciated.

Have you removed the default actions in the Melee Initialization trigger?

The defeat is caused by one of your triggers. Check all triggers that contain victory/defeat action.
