fix the wrap on then legs, it's horrible.
Oh, and change the decay Flesh to a dissipate. Callahan posted a nice tut somewhere, but it's not that hard. Just go in with Magos, open up the sequence manager and look at the "Decay Flesh" anim to get the end frame number, go to "Bone_Root", click "Edit Bone", go to the button "Translation", go down to the frame number of the "Decay Flesh" anim and change the third number/value(Z) from whatever negative number it is to something like 40.

Hmmm... you could change up the frames, make the end frame in the Drecay anim closer to the begining frame, but that can be dangerous. And if you do that, you'll have to change the fram number in the translation section on the Bone_Root aswell. If you want to do it that way, save a copy and experiment on that so if you ruin the model you didn't ruin the origional.
