No proper credits have been given (Chest model has been made by Chriz and the music by... you need to look that one up).
The terrain is good, looks like fable (exactly the point...), but you didn't make that, the rest is bad.
The triggers are really bad.
You wait 5 seconds before removing a special effect, while the special effect is still removed if you didn't use a wait.
In fact, waits are really bad and can bug,if you enter the region multiple times, only 1 special effect is removed and therefore only 1 leak is removed.
The location (golem spawn) also leaks... you really need to fix that.
I don't remember any golem spawning there, though.
And I believe the items dropped by the chest are also incorrect.
Another thing: When the chest is destroyed, instead of opening, it is... well, destroyed...
You should create a trigger that actually opens the chest (like in fable), instead of destroying it.
There's also no victory/defeat condition, there's no gameplay... nothing, the paladin is just a regular paladin with another ability.
Except for the terrain, this doesn't look like fable to me.
