Extract Icons & Models?

I was wondering how do u extract models my wc3viewer whenever i click on a model in the listfile i get a error message and icons wont even load unless i dl them from the hive like windsbow the marksmen bow with gray and gold i would love to have this problem resolved and with icons dled is it possible to unlock the layers so u can see them all cause i would really like to know how to do this this and that ive read all the icons tutorials but it doesnt say how to do that.

Many tools exist to extract resources from Warcraft III.

Wc3 viewer can do it, so can MPQ2K 1.020
