Extract buildings from WoW?

Does anyone know how to extract buildings from WoW?
I tried with WoW model viewer, but the only building that I found were these dwarven decorative building that stay on the ledges of the mountains.

I need to extract buildings from the cities around the world like IRonforge, Stormwind, Ratchet etc
