Extended World Editor Startup Issue

Issue:
Sharpcraft WEX installed, with the following dependencies:

• .NET 4.6.1
• Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 (x86)

Program is run using Admin permission.
On startup, no additional features are loaded in, just a generic World Editor on startup.

Troubleshooting:
I have tried reinstalling the software multiple times, and restarted my computer in an attempt to get it to reload the newly installed software.

I ran the troubleshooter, nothing popped up as concerning or problematic, and everything runs fine when launching, no crashing or errors.

Edit:
I forgot to mention, I am running Warcraft 3 on patch 1.27b. I am unsure if this version is compatible or not.
