EXP leveling, I need help

I want the max level in my game to be 35, and also, when I play, I can't get above level 5. What can I do to fix/alter this? Please help me.

On your map go to >Advanced>Gameplay Constants, check the box that says "Use custom gameplay constants" and now go down the list till you find Hero Maximum Level or Unit Maximum Level depending on which you want to change.

With the only being able to get to lvl 5 problem, the only thing i can think of is that youve set maximum hero level to 5 or you have prevented the hero from going past that level.

Hero XP Gained - Creep Reduction Table
Delete all values except one and change it to 100.

Or to elaborate on that, the game constants are set to allow creeps to give xp to a max lvl of 5. After that the reduction is 100% meaning no xp is given. If all reductions are set to 0, no reduction will be taken per level, so you can creep on forever.
