[Import] exchanging normal heros to custom heros in warcraft 3 original map

been trying to do it for almost two hours now with no success, i tried googling it and watched couple of videos, still no success
any help on this? thanks in advance

This wouldn't be an import, these are already in the game.
All you haeve to do is change the heroes trained in the Altar of Whatever with their campaign counterparts.

You mean importing custom models? It's not really clear what you want with what you stated.
