Full credit to Mech_Warrior for finding this out.

This allows you to become a observer in-game after the lobby.

Game - Set Allow observers to On
Game - Set Observers on defeat to On
Game - Defeat Player 1 (Red) with the message: Defeat!
Dialog - Show test for Player 1 (Red)
Dialog - Hide test for Player 1 (Red)
[/trigger]

You can of course change the event to register a string such as -obs.

This also works as single-player protection which is popular in those Asian/Korean rpgs/orpgs to perma-pause and menulock people in sp.

Just remove the two first actions.
