I'm checking the wrap on it right now..one second
I'm not gonna load alpha channels on it so it will look kinda weird
..Ok well it looks pretty bad, not gonna lie, I would've followed the original face definition, put the wraps over that, and then add places where the energy is poking out

its so hard tho lol... i dont think its worth it... ima give up this looks like it need its own model

The demonhunter is perfect to be make into one of those guys, actually.
You could even model edit it to use a dual material with a 2-color alpha material over a teamglow material, so you can actually create that etherial effect.
