error message with auto host

so i was looking around for a good auto host program and even trying to follow the instructions i always get the same error message every time i try to start the programs.

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

i've only seen the auto host program a few times with dota and like once with sheep tag and it's really cool and i want to try using it for my map but i can't seem to either get a working program or i can't configure it correctly for whatever reason!

i don't know that anyone knows about this, but i'm hoping you do...
