This model is of great quality. Nice imported anims (with apparent tweaks), very good-looking wrap, with a consistent color scheme, and quite creative in its execution. I'd complain about the anatomy though. She's just too skinny, and limb segments are looking like sticks. To avoid that it's good to make them vary their section - broadening and narrowing back, even if the character isn't exactly strong.
Overall, good job with it.

The spell slam animation goes through the staff.
Otherwise, great model. Could be used as a pre-chaos draenei with a few changes of particles and eye colour.
