Well, I'm making a campaign about blood elves, and the main thing I'm missing is a good town hall. I wanted one like the arcane observatory (but with 3 stages obviously). If some1 could make it for me, I would be deeply appreciated.

i need that model but in two versions:

1: the same model but Blue Crystals.
2: The same model but a ruins stile and Violet Crystals.

Also, how to you create the layered aura around the spires (I know it is an emmiter, but what is the format and/or texture)
