Elite sniper model

Hello there, I need to have an Elite sniper model... If you are kind o make it then here's his structure:

- His hair is just like "Ky Kyske"(Guilty Gear).
- Has green screen in his right eye.
- blue polo with closed buttons and with open collar.
- fair skinned complexion.
- blue jeans with brown boots.
- has a shotgun on his back.
