Electric Nova - a unit unleashes a great wave of electricity, shocking his enemies and disrupting any magical effects around him. Deals XXX damage to all enemies in 500 radius, stuns them for 1 second and reduces speed by 50% for 10 seconds. The speed will restore over time (purge-manner). Also dispells all magical effects from enemies and deals XX damage for any magical effect dispelled.

Electric Aura - aura divided in like 5 zones - 100 radius, 200 radius, 300 radius, 400 radius, 500 radius. Enemies in 100 adius are silenced and move and attack 100% slower. Enemies in 500 radius have a 20% chance to fail s spell and move and attack 20% slower.

Electric Aura Every XX seconds, a charge of electricity will flow through the ground, electrify the nearby ground. The charge is so intence, that enemies in a 300 radius will be stunned for 1 second, while damaged for 50/100/150. The hero is also electrified, recieving 10/12/15 dmg, but getting a +10/20/30% bonus to attackspeed for XX seconds.

Or:

Electric Aura The air around the hero is electrically charged up, creatring a strong field of electricity, which increases gradually. Adds a -10 dmg effect in a gradually increasind radius (from 150-250). After it passed a certain status, the field will discharge itself, damaging nearby enemies by XXX dmg.
Afterwards the cyrcle begins again ^^

Hope, that helped. (And it fits perfectly to Trillium's idea ;) )

Electric Nova (in case you still need ideas): Channels a powerful bolt of electricity at the target unit, dealing moderate damage and giving it a buff. The bolt then splits into waves of electricity, causing minor damage to nearby enemy units. There is a chance that hit units will receive a bolt of lightning from the main target of the spell as long as the main target has the buff, taking minor damage. There is a chance for the unit to be struck a second time whenever a unit is hit by a ring of electricity.
[You cast the spell, you damage the target and buffs him. Rings of electricity are also released from the target, damaging hit units. Whenever a unit is hit by the ring of electricity, there is a chance it will take extra damage from a shock (the lightning should come from the main target of the spell).]

Electric Aura: Static around the hero causes units stay him to take small amounts of damage. Units damaged this way take more damage from the hero's abilities based on the amount of damage taken (stackable). All bonuses are lost once the enemy moves outside the range of this ability.
[This should amplify the damage from the spell itself :)]

-OR-

Electric Aura: Large amounts of electricity within the hero allows him to link himself with nearby enemy units, slowing their movement speed overtime. The slow stacks and when it reaches a certain amount, the hero will release a bolt of lightning to damage and mini-stun the unit.

Hope you like the ideas XD

I specially like this idea. However I already found a good passive ability for electron =P

@Gaegamel:
I don't get your second aura idea, is it some sort of player controlled aura?

This aura will act independent. It will charge itself and discharges itself every XX seconds, releasing it's power.
for example: It needs 30 seconds between start of recharge and discharge.
And to make it more dynamic, you add a little damage/s in a changing radius, depending on the charging aura (the field around the hero will wighten up). So it's a cyrcle, that repeats itself.

Increasing range of dmg/s (that will go back to start amount after aura discharges) and the damage after the field discharges itself (damaging all units in a 400-450 range).

My bad
