Go get an MPQ editor, open war3.mpq (or war3x.mpq if you want to edit the TFT campaign), go to Maps/Campaign and you can find the blizzard campaign there.
ROC: In war3.mpq, you'll find them in the Maps \ Campaign folder.
TFT: In war3xlocal.mpq, you'll find them in the Maps \ FrozenThrone \ Campaign folder.
Just to add on to what Ap0cylpse and Aeroblyctos have correctly said, and so you know what to do:
1.) Download and install an MPQ editor or extractor. Fortunately, The Hive Workshop has a few you can download and extract in the tools section. Here's a good one: Click. Simply download it, extract it, and run it.
2.) Using the MPQ editor/extractor, open up the .mpq file from which you wish to extract the campaign you want to edit. As Aeroblyctos mentioned, there are two .mpqs containing the official campaigns:
• war3.mpq -> This contains the Reign of Chaos maps and campaigns.
• war3xlocal.mpq -> This contains the Frozen Throne maps and campaigns.
After you've located and opened the .mpq file, simply extract the campaign you're looking for.
4.) Open up World Editor, and open up the map, or, using Campaign Editor (F5), the campaign. And edit!
Big missing steps here: How to actually get it working as a custom campaign.
I still got no idea how to do it. The campaigns always try to load the original campaign files and I got no clue how to tweak the triggers so that they don't do this. Not much point in making a custom campaign if the custom maps are never the ones being loaded.
You need to change the map paths referenced by the triggers as a rough guess. Might also help to change the map names and campaign name so there is no possibility for overlap.

Game - Show custom campaign button
The game won't actually load the next map when this is used.
Game - Enable/Disable Mission
It might just be me, but I can never find how to add my maps to the list it gives.
