I was thinking, what would make a really distinctive survivor game? Then I thought: hey, borderlands borrowed RPG elements into a shooter
So I figured, why not! Infact, this game MAY(depends if I can get a reliable shooting system and movement and aim system going.)
The stats will effect certain aspects, and here are the current ones:

Accuracy:
for every 3 points, the player lvls up their skill VitalShot(AKA critical strike, I probably will make VitalShot induce something like bleeding or sommat).
actually, that's pretty much all I plan to use accuracy for. sorry

Vitality:
every point increases the players health by 50(this is balanced by the fact that players begin out with only 100 health, the standard HP max of shooters).
every 10 points lvls up Sprint, which does NOT increase their speed(it's gonna be pretty fast anyways), but DECREASES the length of exhaustion(you become VERY slow, this is to balance players who over-sprint in the beginning). I might change the number of points required(It is a rather costly investment, in exchange for only more health and a quicker ending slowing effect).

Strength:
Every point in a players strength is multiplied by 4 when they try to melee someone.
Strength is required to lug bigger weapons, the amount needed is shown in the weapons description.

Professions
Are not neccesary at all! Infact, the player can choose to not have one! And not suffer any debilitating regret. Professions affect your hero in certain ways, and here they are with their effects:
Athlete: Automatically starts off with Sprint lvl 2, also meaning he has 10 vitality!
Weakling: starts off with 60 health, a debilitating weakness seeing as most foes deal around 10 and up damage. BUT, he comes with the ability Panic Run and starts off with 100 extra gold(a compensation from command for actually being sent to what is probably a suicide mission).
Skilled: Start off with 3 extra statpoints to the usual 5! This'll probably be a good one.
Veteran: He starts off with a lvl 3 VitalShot, good class for people who like guns.
