Easiest way to make cinematics?

What do you mean by "easy"? Easy to concieve of? Easy to place units and doodads accurately? Easy to get voice acting? Easy to write believable dialogue? Easy to integrate into the rest of the map? Easy to alter/retime sections? Easy to export? etc.

This question is way too vague. Describe the roadblocks that you are encountering and others can suggest ways around them; if you don't describe anything it's impossible to give actionable suggestions.

The easiest way imo is to copy the Blizzard method of having a folder for each cinematic and separate setup, cleanup and skipped triggers. This streamlines and makes making cinematics much faster. I'm not sure what blizz mission is the best to copy a base trigger from but generally it's easy enough to delete the cinematic content and fill in as needed between the two setup and cleanup sections of the actual cinematic trigger :)
