The forth picture, the nose, it's really ugly and ruins the whole picture. I recommend you read a tutorial somewhere on how to draw a nose, youtube best solution. There are no hard black lines at the nose, only light and dark shadows which you didn't do good. And the lips are also weird!

If you really like drawing, I recommend you try to draw things from your own imagination, without any references, but if you just draw casually, keep doing whatever youre doing.
