Try some more dramatic poses. Your proportions are good so you can spice it up and make the scene more alive with better poses:

Yea .... their body language is like

- "what we do now?"
* "yay, this is fun" * puts his hands up*
§ "omg, I feel so depressed, I'm going to burry myself in".
seriously, poses need work ... and why don't you shade it? that's way more fun.

I like how the boots of the warlock look a lot like the blizzard way of drawing =)

I like your idea mate, I really do
But I'm not a pro and the dramatic part is to hard for me,
but sure, I might give it a try!
